Because he had no son, Joram reigned in his stead during the second year of the reign of Jehoram, the son of Jehoshaphat, the king of Judah. ¹⁸ As for the rest of the deeds of Ahaziah, what he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
